  TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL 9 MILES
  WEST OF DEXTER...OR 9 MILES NORTHEAST OF ARKANSAS CITY...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH AND TORRENTIAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
