  TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 6 MILES NORTH OF ARKANSAS CITY...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 TO 55 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  ARKANSAS CITY...WINFIELD...BURDEN...DEXTER...CAMBRIDGE...
  WINFIELD CITY LAKE AND STROTHER FIELD AIRPORT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
