  TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR ELK CITY...OR 10 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF NEODESHA...MOVING NORTH AT 5 MPH.

HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF NICKELS...AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  ELK CITY...BUXTON AND ELK CITY LAKE.
