  EXTENDING FROM 5 MILES SOUTH OF DOUGLASS TO NEAR FALL RIVER TO NEAR
  MORAN...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH AND TORRENTIAL RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE
WITH THESE STORMS.
