  Northern Chase County in east central Kansas...

* Until 500 PM CDT

* At 427 PM CDT...National Weather Service meteorologists were
  tracking strong thunderstorms scattered along a line extending
  from 5 miles south of Lincolnville to Nickerson to near
  Turon...and moving east at 5 to 10 mph.

wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these storms along
with torrential downpours.

  Hutchinson, Newton, Hesston, Hillsboro, South Hutchinson, Halstead,
  Marion, North Newton, Moundridge, Inman, Buhler, Peabody,
