  A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL NEAR HARDY...OR
  13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CEDAR VALE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE
