  TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER MANCHESTER...OR 9 MILES SOUTH
  OF ANTHONY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF NICKELS...AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
