  NORTHWESTERN COWLEY COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...

* AT 515 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS
  TRACKING AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
  NEAR BELLE PLAINE...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

THE MAIN THREAT WILL BE LOCALLY HEAVY DOWNPOURS THAT MAY LEAD TO
LOCALIZED FLOODING. WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE
WITH THIS STORM.
