...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EASTERN LINCOLN...NORTHEASTERN
ELLSWORTH AND NORTHWESTERN SALINE COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM CDT...

At 754 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southwest of Concordia to 5 miles
northeast of Ellsworth. Movement was northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Ellsworth, Kanopolis, Beverly, Barnard, Glendale, and Westfall.

This includes Interstate 70 between Mile Markers 222 and 239.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for central
Kansas.
