  NORTHWESTERN SEDGWICK COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...
  WESTERN HARVEY COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...
  SOUTHEASTERN RENO COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...

* AT 408 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING
  A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER MOUNT
  HOPE...MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH.

THE MAIN THREAT WITH THIS STORM WILL BE LOCALLY HEAVY DOWNPOURS THAT
MAY LEAD TO FLOODING OF LOW-LAND AREAS. WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 TO 40
MPH WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
