* Until 400 PM CDT

* At 309 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 miles northwest of Toronto to Fall River to near
  Longton, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Neodesha, Fredonia, Yates Center, Altoona, Longton, Toronto,
  Buffalo, Fall River, Sycamore, Benedict, New Albany, Coyville,
