At 908 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 7 miles west of Sedan, moving northeast at 45 mph. A second area of rotation capable of producing a tornado was located 2 miles south of Moline, moving northeast at 45 mph. Public reported possible tornado crossing the stateline at 855PM. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
