Southwesterly winds prevail today and increase around 1400 as the Gulf sea breeze arrives. Patchy fog is a bit iffy given the wind (as mentioned), more likely to be low stratus cloud cover. However, for sheltered areas stratus could surface as patchy fog but unlikely to be significant or dense Thursday morning. Similar weather pattern is expected Thursday with dispersions becoming High by the afternoon. Confidence is low but we are monitoring a potential complex of thunderstorms capable of strong outflow winds Thursday evening.
