Through 1030 AM, showers and thunderstorms will diminish in
coverage from west to east over the Rolling Plains and far
southeast Texas Panhandle. Areas generally along and east of
Highway 83 can expect the brunt of this activity, some of which
will produce heavy rainfall and small hail at times.
