.DISCUSSION...

A cold front moving through the area this morning will produce
scattered showers around the bridge site. A thunderstorm or two is
possible early this afternoon, though the probability is low
(15-20pct). Any storm will be capable of producing occasional
lightning strikes. Winds quickly turn northwest behind the front
late this morning into this evening. Sustained NW winds around
13-15 knots, with gusts 20-22 knots through tonight.

High pressure builds into the area Thursday, bringing dry
conditions and cooler temperatures. Winds decrease below 10 knots
Thursday and shift to northeast. Winds turn southeast Friday,
increasing to 10-13 knots, with gusts to 18 knots in the
afternoon and evening.

The current water temperatures is 59 degrees.
