.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions are expected today into Sunday across
the burn area. Afternoon relative humidity values drop to near
25 percent today and near 35 percent Sunday. Transport winds will
be predominately out of the northwest this morning into early
afternoon, becoming southwest by late afternoon near 5pm. They
will briefly be out of the west between 2 and 5pm as the winds
gradually shift to southwest for this evening. Transport winds
today will stay in the 5 to 10mph range through the day. Transport
winds become southerly at 15 to 20mph for Sunday. Dispersion
index values will be fair today and good Sunday.

Fog potential and other remarks...No fog development is expected.
