  Advisory, southeast winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt
  becoming south and waves 6 to 9 ft expected.

* WHERE...Upper Entrance of Portage Canal to Eagle River MI,
  Eagle River to Manitou Island MI, Manitou Island to Point
  Isabelle MI and Point Isabelle to Lower Entrance of Portage
  Canal MI.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 5 PM EDT this afternoon.
  For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 4 AM
  EDT Tuesday.
