  forecast to rise above Monitor Stage (29.0 ft) by Thursday
  afternoon and crest Thursday evening around 30.6 ft.
  The most recent stage was 10.4 feet. Flood stage is 32.0 feet.

* WHERE...Russian River at Johnsons Beach at Guerneville.

* WHEN...The Russian River at Johnsons Beach at Guerneville is
  expected to rise above Monitor Stage (29.0 ft) by Thursday
  afternoon and crest Thursday evening around 30.6 ft. The river is
  forecast to fall below Monitor stage once again Friday morning.
