* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM CDT this
afternoon. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late tonight through
  Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...For the Winter Weather Advisory, plan on slick roads,
especially bridges and overpasses. For the Winter Storm Watch.
Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening
commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. Roads, and
especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and
hazardous. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may
down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Whiteout
conditions are possible and may make travel treacherous and
  potentially life-threatening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads this morning. Slow down and use
caution while driving. If you are going outside, watch your first
few steps taken on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces
could be icy and slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

Prepare for heavy snow and consider delaying travel plans. Monitor
the latest forecasts for updates on this situation.
