.DISCUSSION...A surface thermal trough is expected to remain on
the west side of the Cascades with offshore winds through Friday
night. Winds are forecast to be locally breezy Thursday and
Friday, especially along ridgetops for north- central OR and
south-central WA. Afternoon RHs will be 20-40% with overnight
recovery for the previously mentioned breezy locations only
moderate through Saturday morning.
