...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL RANDOLPH AND
NORTHEASTERN POCAHONTAS COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM EDT...

At 346 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Dailey, or 11 miles south of Elkins, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Mill Creek and Dailey.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
northeastern West Virginia.
