* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 30 will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...Southwest Interior, Hood Canal Area and Lower Chehalis
  Valley Area.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.
