Surface high pressure building behind a weak wave passing through
Oregon tonight will generate gusty winds over the ridgetops at the
location Tuesday night. Winds are expected to peak Tuesday night
at the location when north to northeast winds will be the strongest.
Lower daytime humidities with moderate recovery at night are
expected.
