.DISCUSSION...

Morning observations at the nearby Sanborn RAWS station reported
a temperature/dew point reading of 51/51 with a light wind under
clear skies. Low dispersions are forecast until around 2PM EDT,
but only peak this afternoon in the low/mid 30s. Prevailing winds
will be southerly today, which should augment the seabreeze
between about noon and 2PM EDT. A dry airmass yields RH values
tanking in the 30% range.

Patchy fog is possible early tomorrow morning as winds go calm,
followed by an easterly to southeast wind developing. An earlier
onset of dispersions greater than 20 is expected to arrive around
10AM EDT. Another southerly afternoon seabreeze is likely with min
RH forecast in the 40s. No rain is expected.
