MORNING INTO THIS AFTERNOON. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR RAIN TO CHANGE TO
SNOW... AS ANOTHER WAVE OF PRECIPITATION WORKS BACK IN TO THE
REGION LATER TODAY INTO TONIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD IN TO
THE OHIO VALLEY FOR FRIDAY... PROVIDING DRY CONDITIONS AND WELL
BELOW AVERAGE TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE AREA. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL
PROGRESS THROUGH THE REGION EARLY SUNDAY... KEEPING TEMPERATURES
BELOW NORMAL.
