* SURF...HIGH SURF OF 10 TO 15 FEET THIS MORNING WILL DIMINISH TO
  AROUND 9 TO 12 FEET BY THIS EVENING. THE SURF WILL REMAIN AT
  THIS LEVEL INTO TUESDAY AND MAY INCREASE AGAIN TUESDAY
  AFTERNOON. IF SO...THE HIGH SURF ADVISORY WILL LIKELY BE EXTENDED
  INTO WEDNESDAY.

* IMPACTS...LARGE WAVES AND STRONG RIP CURRENTS WILL INCREASE
  THE RISK OF OCEAN DROWNING FOR SWIMMERS AND SURFERS. LARGE
  BREAKING WAVES CAN CAUSE INJURY...WASH PEOPLE OFF BEACHES AND
  ROCKS... AND CAPSIZE SMALL BOATS NEARSHORE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A HIGH SURF ADVISORY MEANS THAT HIGH SURF WILL AFFECT BEACHES IN
THE ADVISORY AREA...PRODUCING LOCALIZED BEACH EROSION AND
DANGEROUS SWIMMING CONDITIONS.
