REMARKS...

THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER AT THE GRAND FORKS NWS/UND SITE OVERALL WAS
SLIGHTLY ABOVE NORMAL WITH RESPECT TO TEMPERATURES. THE AVERAGE
TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 46.4 DEGREES WHICH IS 2.3 DEGREES
ABOVE NORMAL.

PRECIPITATION FOR OCTOBER WAS BELOW NORMAL WITH THE HIGHEST TOTAL
BEING 0.12 INCHES ON OCTOBER 26. THE LIQUID PRECIPITATION FOR THE
MONTH WAS 0.35 INCHES WHICH IS 1.57 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. TOTAL
SNOWFALL FOR OCTOBER AT GRAND FORKS NWS/UND WAS 0.8 INCHES WHICH
IS 0.2 INCHES BELOW THE NORMAL OF 1.0.
