AS FAR AS TEMPERATURES GO...ON THE WHOLE...DECEMBER WAS PRETTY CLOSE
TO AVERAGE IN HARRISON. HOWEVER...THIS PARTICULAR DECEMBER HAD
SOME SIGNIFICANT TEMPERATURE SWINGS. MUCH OF THE FIRST TWENTY DAYS
OF THE MONTH WERE SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW AVERAGE...WITH DAILY TEMPERATURES
AS COLD AS AROUND 15-20 DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE DURING PORTIONS OF THE SECOND
AND THIRD WEEKS. A STRONG ARCTIC FRONT MOVED THROUGH ON THE 17TH...DROPPING
TEMPERATURES 57 DEGREES IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS...AND PRODUCING BRIEF LIGHT
MEASURABLE WINTRY PRECIPITATION.

RAINFALL WAS WELL BELOW AVERAGE FOR THE MONTH...AND WAS FAIRLY SCATTERED
THROUGHOUT DECEMBER. THIS DECEMBER...HOWEVER...FAILED TO PLACE IN THE TOP
TEN DRIEST.

.MONTHLY TEMPERATURES...
THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS THE COOLEST SINCE 2014. THE AVERAGE LOW
TEMPERATURE WAS THE COOLEST SINCE 2013. THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE
WAS THE COOLEST SINCE 2013.
