ONLY EIGHT OF TWENTY EIGHT DAYS WERE ABOVE NORMAL IN FEBRUARY AND
SEVEN OF THOSE FELL BETWEEN THE 6TH AND THE 14TH. THE REST OF THE
MONTH WAS COLD AND OFTEN WINDY. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE IN FEBRUARY
WAS 21.6 DEGREES...WHICH IS 7.4 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.

THE TOTAL PRECIPITAITON FOR THE MONTH WAS 0.93 INCHES WHICH WAS 0.16
INCHES ABOVE NORMAL...THE MONTHLY SNOWFALL OF 12.4 INCHES WAS 6.8
INCHES ABOVE NORMAL...WITH 11.5 INCHES FALLING DURING THE FIRST FOUR

AFTER A FRIGID AND BREEZY START TO THE MONTH...WITH MORNING LOWS
AVERAGING 14 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL...TEMPERATURES ROSE ABOVE AVERAGE
FROM THE 6TH THORUGH THE 11TH. THERE WERE ONLY TWO MORE DAYS DURING
THE MONTH WHERE TEMPERATURES REGISTERED ABOVE NORMAL.

MEASURABLE PRECIPITATION FELL ON ONLY 6 DAYS IN FEBRUARY...WITH THE
MAJORITY ON THE FIRST FOUR DAYS OF THE MONTH...WHEN 0.82 INCHES OF
MOISTURE AND 11.5 INCHES OF SNOW WAS RECORDED.

THE MOISTURE TOTAL FROM THE 5TH THROUGH THE 28TH WAS ONLY 0.11
