WILL SLOWLY DECREASE FRIDAY ACROSS THE OFFSHORE WATERS WITH SEAS
SLOWLY FALLING THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT. MODERATE NORTHEAST TO EAST
FLOW BECOMES ESTABLISHED AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES EAST AND COASTAL
LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS THIS WEEKEND. STRONGER NORTH WIND AND HIGHER
SEAS RETURN EARLY NEXT WEEK AS HIGH PRESSURE BECOMES REINFORCED.
