.SYNOPSIS...MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY STRONG EASTERLY FLOW TO
PERSIST TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING AS HIGH PRESSURE OVER
THE NORTHERN GULF COMBINES WITH A TROPICAL LOW PRESSURE AREA OVER
THE BAY OF CAMPECHE. WINDS AND SEAS BEGINS TO LOWER LATER THURSDAY
AS THE LOW IS PROJECTED TO MOVE INLAND OVER SOUTHERN MEXICO AND
HIGH PRESSURE SPREADS OVER THE WESTERN GULF. IMPROVING MARINE
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED FRIDAY WITH GOOD CONDITIONS NEXT WEEKEND
AS WINDS TURN SOUTHEAST.
