Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...A slight increase in seas and southerly winds will
occur this evening and Saturday morning due to a tighter pressure
gradient. Strong north to northeast winds and building seas will
develop Saturday night through Sunday night in the wake of a cold
front. Small Craft Advisories are likely for this timeframe.
Marine conditions will gradually improve early next week as high
pressure builds across the northern Gulf.
