.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Mild marine conditions
with moderate north winds and smaller, long- period swells within
the coastal waters through the weekend. Winds and seas will begin to
increase late Sunday as a high pressure gradient builds along the
coast, with northerly gales possible in the outer waters by late
Monday. 14 to 16 foot mid-period steep seas are possible through mid
week.
