.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Strong offshore winds will gradually diminish through the rest of
this afternoon as high pressure moves across the southern plains.
Lighter winds are expected Thursday into Friday as high pressure
moves across the region. A weak onshore flow will Friday into
Saturday as low pressure develops over North Texas. Another cold
front will cross the coast Saturday night.
