.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
High pressure situated over the north central Gulf of Mexico will
maintain light onshore winds and low seas through the end of this
week. A weak frontal boundary is expected to sag into East Texas
late in the weekend and could meander close to the Upper Texas
coast into early next week.
