AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP OFF THE FLORIDA COAST TONIGHT.
THIS LOW WILL THEN RAPIDLY INTENSIFY AS IT MOVES NORTHEAST UP THE
EAST COAST LATE TONIGHT AND SUNDAY. THE INCREASED PRESSURE GRADIENT
FROM THIS LOW WILL RESULT IN VERY ROUGH WIND AND SEA CONDITIONS.
ANOTHER TROUGH WILL SWING SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE AREA WATERS MONDAY
EVENING...KEEPING CONDITIONS ELEVATED INTO THE MIDDLE OF NEXT
