...Flash Flood Potential Index for Extreme Southwestern California...

.SYNOPSIS...
Mid level moisture will begin to increase today with isolated
afternoon thunderstorms possible near the mountains. A greater
influx of moisture is expected for tonight and Monday. Scattered
showers and thunderstorms could form just about anywhere from the
coast to the desert for late tonight and Monday. However...the
greatest threat for flash flooding will be in the mountains and
upper deserts on Monday afternoon.
