...HEAVIER RAINFALL MOVING OFF...

.AT 1245 AM...RADAR INDICATED THE HEAVIER RAINFALL WAS SHIFTING
OFF TO THE EAST. A LIGHTER RAIN...MIXING WITH OR CHANGING TO SNOW
IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE REST OF THE NIGHT. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED
TO LEAD TO PRODUCE ENOUGH SIGNIFICANT ADDITIONAL RAINFALL TO CAUSE
OR AGGRAVATE ANY EXISTING OR ONGOING FLOODING. THEREFORE...THE
FLOOD WATCH WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT 1 AM AS PLANNED.

...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 1 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

THE FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST IOWA AND WISCONSIN WILL
EXPIRE AT 1 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING.

HEAVIER RAINFALL OF 2 TO 4 INCHES OVER THE LAST 48 HOURS CAUSED
SOME MINOR FLOODING ISSUES INCLUDING WATER OVER A ROADWAY AND A
MINOR MUDSLIDE IN RICHLAND COUNTY.

AT 1245 AM...RADAR INDICATED THE HEAVIER RAINFALL WAS SHIFTING
OFF TO THE EAST. A LIGHTER RAIN...MIXING WITH OR CHANGING TO SNOW
IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE REST OF THE NIGHT. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED
