  THE BIG NANCE CREEK AT COURTLAND.
* UNTIL THURSDAY EVENING.
* AT 7 PM WEDNESDAY THE STAGE WAS 13.7 FEET AND RISING.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 14.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY 830 PM THIS EVENING AND CREST
  NEAR 15.0 FEET BY THURSDAY MORNING. THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD
  STAGE BY LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
* IMPACT...AT 16.0 FEET...WATER BEGINS TO COVER ROADS SOUTH OF
  DOWNTOWN COURTLAND.
