The Flood Warning continues for
  the Kaskaskia River at Carlyle.
* At 9:30 AM Sunday the stage was 424.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 423.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast: The river will fall below flood stage by tomorrow late morning.
* Impact:  At 424.5 feet...Some cabins just below the dam are inundated.
* Impact:  At 423.5 feet...Rural damage begins. Township roads in Covington
  become inundated.
