...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Bledsoe, Hamilton, Marion, Meigs, Rhea and Sequatchie.

* WHEN...Until 100 PM EDT /noon CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Rain has decreased, but river or stream flows remain
  elevated, and some roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1100 AM EDT /1000 AM CDT/, local law enforcement reported
    flooding in the advisory area. Minor flooding is already
    occurring. Please heed any road closures.
