.DISCUSSION...Low pressure continues to pull NE away and off the NC
coast, with weak high pressure building back in. Wednesday will be
warm and dry with surface and transport winds becoming SW ahead of
another weak front on Thursday...bringing in another chance for
isolated showers and thunderstorms.
