FORECAST TO PERSIST ACROSS THE REGION TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY.
AN UPPER LEVEL LOW WILL APPROACH THE REGION ON TUESDAY...WITH
THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY. MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES WILL BE ABOVE 75-80 PERCENT WITH MIXING HEIGHTS BELOW
2000 FEET BOTH DAYS. AREAS OF FOG WILL OCCUR IN AND AROUND AREAS
OF HEAVIER RAINFALL...ESPECIALLY IN THE NORTHERN MIDLANDS.
