Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central Pennsylvania
National Weather Service State College PA
1117 AM EDT Wed Sep 20 2017

.DISCUSSION...
A ridge of high pressure at the surface and aloft will remain
in place over the Commonwealth through next Tuesday. This
dominant weather feature will provide fair, unseasonably warm
and mainly dry weather throughout this entire period.

Hurricane Jose will meander very slowly to the northeast over
the next 4 days, just a few hundred miles south to southeast
of Nantucket Island.

This storm will have little or no adverse effect on our local
weather outside of some clouds and a light to moderate
northerly breeze across the far eastern part of the state.
