.DISCUSSION...
Patchy fog may develop this morning, especially over areas
that have received rain the past few days. Scattered to widespread
showers and thunderstorms are expected across Southeast Texas each
day for the next several days. Stronger storms will be capable of
locally heavy rain. Easterly winds are expected to become
southerly by mid-week as a storm system develops over the High
Plains.
