Fire Weather Planning Forecast
for Northeast South Carolina and Southeast North Carolina
National Weather Service Wilmington NC
345 AM EDT Sun May 28 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Increasingly hot temperatures are expected today and Monday as
high pressure over Florida moves slowly eastward. By Wednesday the
high should be far enough away to allow a weak cold front to stall
across the Carolinas. This front will linger through Friday,
enhancing the potential of scattered thunderstorms.

Wind profile analysis/fire control over flat terrain is favorable.

Fog potential for tonight...low.
