.DISCUSSION...
A cool night with good recovery is expected behind and upper low.
Dry and warm conditions will quickly return Thursday and gain momentum
into Friday and a fire weather watches have been issued for the Trans
Pecos and Southeast New Mexico. Fuels in the watch area are as dry as
they have been this fire season and temperatures will be 5 to 15 degrees
above normal increasing the significant fire potential.
