A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT WILL TRACK ACROSS THE DISTRICTS TODAY
AND TONIGHT...DELIVERING WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION. THE RAIN WILL
BEGIN NEAR THE CASCADES THIS MORNING...AND MOVE INTO THE EASTERN
THIRD OF WASHINGTON AND THE IDAHO PANHANDLE TONIGHT. WIDESPREAD
WETTING RAINS ARE EXPECTED NEAR THE CASCADES AND THE SOUTHERN
IDAHO PANHANDLE. TUESDAY WILL BE A BREAK PERIOD WITH DRY
CONDITIONS IN THE BASIN WITH LINGERING SHOWERS OVER THE MOUNTAINS.
A STRONGER AND MUCH WETTER PACIFIC STORM WILL ARRIVE ON WEDNESDAY
