HIGH CLOUDS. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB INTO THE 70S OVER THE
DESERTS...WITH THE WARMER DESERTS OF SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA AND
SOUTHWEST ARIZONA APPROACHING 80 DEGREES. MINIMUM RH VALUES TODAY
WILL FALL MOSTLY INTO THE TEENS...WHILE THE START OF INCREASING
