.DISCUSSION...Dry and warm conditions are expected today as an
upper level ridge peaks over the region. Gusty southerly winds
over the west will spread over the area today. Relative humidities
will drop to around 20 percent east of the Black Hills this
afternoon.

A series of storm systems will bring unsettled weather tonight and
Sunday morning, Monday night and Tuesday, and for Friday of next
week. Good chances for wetting rains are foreseen.
