Scattered showers and storms continue this evening with the main
threat being gusty erratic winds, frequent lightning, and heavy
rainfall. A few lingering showers and isolated storms are possible
Wednesday afternoon with a break Thursday. Slight chances showers
and storms return this weekend. Drier air will move in which may
increase the threat for gusty outflow winds and isolated dry
lightning strikes this weekend.

Isolated showers and storms are possible across the eastern Tahoe
Basin this afternoon with otherwise dry conditions along the west
slopes and foothill areas of the Sierra. Warmer temperatures and
drier air will filter its way across the region this weekend with
only low chances for showers and storms across the Sierra this
weekend.
