.DISCUSSION...SOUTHEAST WINDS AROUND 10 MPH WILL BECOME LIGHT LATE
THIS AFTERNOON AS A TROUGH AXIS MOVES OVER THE AREA. THIS EVENING
WINDS WILL REMAIN LIGHT BUT DIRECTION WILL BECOME MORE VARIABLE AS
THE TROUGH MOVES FARTHER EAST. CURRENTLY HAVE EXPECTED MIN RH IN
THE UPPER 40S BUT THE AIRMASS IN AND BEHIND THE TROUGH WILL BE
DRIER AND WARMER SO IF TIMING CHANGES ON TROUGH MOVEMENT RH COULD
POTENTIALLY FALL INTO THE UPPER 30S LATE THIS AFTERNOON.
