.DISCUSSION...High pressure will remain over southern Wisconsin
this evening before moving south of the area overnight and
Sunday. This will allow the winds to remain light with the
direction gradually swinging around to the southwest this evening.
As temperatures cool this evening, the relative humidity will
rapidly increase to around 85 percent by midnight. A weak cold
front will approach from the north Sunday bringing the winds back
around to the west with speeds remaining 10 mph or less. Only some
high clouds are expected ahead of the front with temperatures
topping out around 70.

Sky/weather.........Clear. Patchy frost after midnight. Areas of
                    frost late in the night.
TEMPERATURE.........56 at ignition...Min 33.
RH..................40 percent at ignition...Max 100 percent.
WIND (20 FT)........Winds west at 4 mph at ignition...otherwise
                    West winds around 5 mph early in the evening
                    becoming light.
CWR.................0 percent.
