.DISCUSSION...
A weak cold front is currently just west of the burn site as of
825 am.  This front will be moving into the burn site by 10 am.
Winds ahead of this front will be light and out of the southwest,
then will turn west and then northwesterly by 11 am.  Wind speeds
will increase to around 5 mph, with transport winds between 5
and 10 mph.

Minimum RH values will once again only drop down to near 40
percent this afternoon.  The morning inversion will begin breaking
by 10 am.  Mixing heights will start off around 1000 ft, then will
slowly increase to around 2500 ft by noon, before maxing out at
3300 ft during the afternoon.  The night inversion will setup quickly
between 6 pm and 7 pm.  No fog expected overnight due to the
dry airmass.
