MORNING THROUGH THE EVENING, TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE EAST.
MIN RH WILL BE 30 TO 35 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON.

GIVEN CLEAR SKIES AND NEAR CALM WIND...PATCHY FOG SHOULD DEVELOP
