.DISCUSSION...UPPER LEVEL RIDGING WILL DOMINATE THE REGION TODAY
AND TONIGHT RESULTING IN PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES WITH NO RAIN
EXPECTED. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE AROUND
32 PERCENT BETWEEN 4 AND 5 PM. WIND SPEEDS THROUGH THE PERIOD WILL
5 MPH OR LESS WITH WIND DIRECTION THIS MORNING FROM THE NORTHEAST
THEN SLOWLY VEERING TO EASTERLY BY 1 PM. WINDS OVERNIGHT WILL BE
LIGHT AND VARIABLE. AN INVERSION WILL DEVELOP WITH SUNSET WITH
MIXING HEIGHTS OVERNIGHT LOWERING TO AROUND 300 FEET. PATCHY FOG
WILL BE POSSIBLE AROUND SUNRISE SATURDAY MORNING.
